Domestic & Commercial Ventilation Fans
Full fan range, axial, centrifugal, roof, inline, kitchen, AHUs, and heat recovery.
Overview
What it does
Flow Dynamics is a ventilation fan supplier for the UAE, covering the full envelope of air-movement equipment: axial and centrifugal ducted fans, roof-mounted extract fans, inline mixed-flow fans, high-temperature kitchen exhaust fans, heat recovery ventilators (HRVs and ERVs), and packaged air handling units up to 100,000 m³/h. Products cover domestic villas, tower residentials, retail, industrial, and infrastructure projects, and are selected against ISO 5801, AMCA, and Eurovent performance standards.
How it works
The working principle
Each fan type matches a different duty. An axial fan moves large volumes against low pressure, ideal for short ducted runs and cooling towers. A centrifugal (radial) fan handles higher static pressure, the duty needed for long-run kitchen exhaust, smoke extract, or dust collection. A heat recovery ventilator pairs supply and exhaust streams through a cross-flow or rotary heat exchanger so up to 90% of the energy in the exhaust stream is transferred to the incoming fresh air, a significant saving in hot, humid Gulf climates. Packaged AHUs combine filtration, heating, cooling, humidification, and fan sections into one factory-assembled unit.
Applications
Where it's used
Typical installations across the UAE and wider Gulf include:
- Residential villas and tower blocks
- Office and retail mechanical ventilation
- Commercial kitchen supply and exhaust
- Industrial warehouses and light manufacturing
- Heat recovery in LEED-rated buildings
- Packaged AHUs for mid-scale commercial projects

FAQ
Common questions
Axial or centrifugal, which fan do I need?
Axial fans move big volumes against low pressure, right for short runs and free-blowing duties. Centrifugal fans handle the higher static pressure of long duct runs, kitchen exhaust and dust collection. The system curve decides, and we match the fan to it.
Do you supply heat recovery ventilators?
Yes. HRVs and ERVs that transfer up to 90% of exhaust-stream energy to incoming fresh air, a significant saving in Gulf conditions, plus packaged AHUs to 100,000 m³/h.
Can you select fans against my consultant specification?
Send us the application, airflow or demand figures, and any consultant specification. Our engineers reply with a defended selection, datasheets and submittal documentation. Sizing is always confirmed by an engineer, never by a web calculator.
